What is DCMD file?
DiskCatalogMaker is a program that can create a thumbnail-enabled catalog of your disk drives. It does not have to contain the data for each file and folder on the drive, it only has to have the name of each folder. DiskCatalogMaker creates a .DCMD file with this information, which is then displayed in Thumbnail view.
